We invest in Class A, B, and C multifamily properties in and around Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Class A properties are newer or newly renovated, in prime locations, and attract high-income tenants.

  • Class B properties are slightly older but well-maintained and typically offer good value-add opportunities.

  • Class C properties are older, located in working-class neighborhoods, and often present the greatest upside through renovations and improved management.

  2. Profits from appreciation upon refinancing or sale of the property.
